Brief Answer:
Stable moles should not be interfered with

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome.
I am Dr V XXXXXXX I am a Sr Consultant in Dermatology. I have been dealing with patients with similar concerns for long.

In my opinion. the moles need not be subjected to intervention unless there are any indications for the same. I have examined the pics sent by you. I feel that such lesions require no immediate treatment.

However, I am outlining certain measures that would keep you safe and healthy:

1 Regular observation of moles to note their appearance, size, color variation, or morphological changes.

2 One should protect them from sunlight

3 One must report if the moles are increasing in number, size, develop hairs in them, exhibit oozing, or develop firmness or hardness under them

4 Taking pics at regular intervals for the sake of comparison at a future date will be a good idea.

I hope this information helps in better management of the problem.

Wishing you a great health!

One of the moles appears to have originated as an ingrown hair, does that present an issue?

Brief Answer:
No issue if there are no other signs/symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome back.

If the concerned mole has only one or a couple of hairs, is like that since it began, is not increasing in size, and is devoid of any other signs or symptoms, then such a mole needs only simple observation.

You are requested to observe the mole.

Best wishes, always!
