Brief Answer:
This is very unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

shingles may spread to the body when the patient is immunocompromised, which means any of the following:
- HIV patients (AIDS)
- cancer
- transplant recipients
- immunosuppressive treatment for any reason (eg rheumatoid arthritis)

In healthy individuals this is not likely and you should not worry about it.

I hope I've alleviated your fears a bit!

Kind Regards!
