Brief Answer: There is no such interaction.... Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your medical history and am glad that you are committed to lose more weight. This will help you reducing your blood pressure and blood sugar at the same time other than keeping you fit. I always encourage my patients to take herbal supplementation; however, I advise not to exceed the optimal dose as that will not help you lose weight faster. Instead, exceeding the normal dose will cause more damages to your health. I am ok to take supplements, but I am against taking diet pills. To my opinion, it is better to follow changes in your diet and lifestyle rather than "forcing" weight loss. Gradually losing weight is better than losing for a short period. With regards to the interaction of triamterene, there is no interaction with the ingredients of the supplement you intend to use. I suggest to monitor your blood electrolytes, blood sugar and blood pressure regularly, record the results for future evaluation. Dr.Albana
