Brief Answer:
if have a history of asthma, should be seen

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The issues at your work place would definitely affect sinuses and allergies.

If you are asthmatic and experiencing any symptoms of an acute asthmatic attack such as chest pain, shortness of breath, persistent dry cough- then you should be seen

If there is no history of asthma, then you can consider continuing home treatment. The maximum dose of benadryl for allergies is 25 to 50mg every 6 to 8 hours, not exceeding 300mg a day. This means that you can increase the frequency slightly.

If you increase the frequency or dose and symptoms do not improve then you should be seen.

You also need to leave this environment for a while

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
