Do Renerve Plus Shots Help In Treating Vitamin B12 Deficiency?
Question: I would like to know if renerve plus is correct choice to treat vitamin B12 deficiency. And any side effects associated with this injection

RENERVE plus contains VIT B12 as well as other B complex vitamins and is a correct choice to treat VIT B12 deficiency.
It has no side effects because it is a water soluble Vitamin,however it can cause allergic reaction in some patients. It is always better to get this injection administered after sensitivity test.
Milk,cheese,yoghurt,eggs,fortified soy milk and ready to eat breakfast cereals are the only vegetarian foods available which contain VIT B12,other non veg foods has it in abundance.

1. if I complete the this injection course, will it help for life time or do I need to take this every year.....
2. After how may months do I need to re-check my Vitamin B12 level. I have to complete the coerce in 7 months and I have to take total 18 injection.
3.Right now I am feeling depression and tingling on my hand & legs....will this injection help me to recover completely
4. Any Ayurveda medicine available after complete my injection course.....considering I am vegetarian

It is better to take few injections every year.
You can check the levels after 3 months.
This will help you both in depression as well as numbness and tingling.
No need for any Ayurvedic preparation.
Take vegetarian foods as advised and repeat few injections every year.
