Hi,

Thanks for the query and I checked your pictures.
The rash seems to be localized. Is it spreading? Do you have pain and/or itch?
It looks to be contact dermatitis. You can try Hydrocortisone over the counter cream for couple of days. If it does not help then you can see a doctor and it can be at the office and not necessarily ER.
If the rash is spreading quickly you can see the doctor now.

Does contact dermatitis mean that my skin came in contact with something externally, or does it also mean that I could be having an allergic reaction to something that I ate?
