Do I Need Medical Attention At The ER For A Small Bruise At The Lower Left Quarter Of My Head After Injury?
Question: I fell off my bike while standing on it...last night.....I have a small bruise on the low left quarter of my head....do I need to go to ER or just give it time.....no bleeding

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
If the injury was trivial, nothing to do at present.
Possibility of late subdural hematoma may occur following trivial injury too.
Be vigilant about persistent headache, vomiting, seizures,loss of consciousness.
Brain CT may be required in such a case.
Local application of ice and pain reliever ointment can he continued.
Oral pain killer like naproxen or aceclofenac can be taken if needed.
