I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
As your blood sugar is well under control, so there is no need to change the medication.
That means you should continue your medication as you are taking already.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards

Hi Dr.
Thank you for the response. I had one more query. This is the 2nd time that I have observed that in my left arm there is like a heart beat or pulse moment feeling. No pain, no other complaints or issues.
Thank You
Snehal

Brief Answer:
Could be due to acid reflux or heart condition.

I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Above condition could be due to Acid Reflux that is more likely or due to some type of heart condition like, arrhythmia or tachycardia, but that is very much unlikely.
But even then we have to rule out the second condition, because you are a diabetic patient, and more prone to develop heart diseases. So you should get one electrocardiogram done.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
