Question: Do I continue with the same medication?
At present I am taking Glycomet 1000 mg Sustained release post breakfast only.
Recent Test
HbA1C 5.9
Average Blood Glucose 122.63

Thank you for the response. I had one more query. This is the 2nd time that I have observed that in my left arm there is like a heart beat or pulse moment feeling. No pain, no other complaints or issues.

Above condition could be due to Acid Reflux that is more likely or due to some type of heart condition like, arrhythmia or tachycardia, but that is very much unlikely.
But even then we have to rule out the second condition, because you are a diabetic patient, and more prone to develop heart diseases. So you should get one electrocardiogram done.
