Brief Answer:
This needs management by a surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

Its diagnosis needs to be examined and confirmed by a surgeon or dermatologist.

If these are in fact warts, then it can be reduced by use of local medicine like salicylic acid. Best and most effective treatment is electrocautery or rf cautery done by the specialist. It may require few days treatment. It is performed under local anaesthesia and it is a minor procedure.

Warts can spread by use of towel or touching, so better to get the treatment done sooner.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
