Brief Answer:
Can be due to back muscle spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The back pain that you have can be related to back muscle spasm or a muscle sprain. This can happen due to poor posture, decreased tone of back muscles, using an old mattress for sleeping, lifting heavy loads, sudden bumpy ride or unusual exercise.
The mild disc degeneration can also cause a mild spasm of the back muscles causing the pain. The raised liver enzymes are not related to the back pain.
To overcome this problem you need to find the cause and rectify it. Till then mild pain killers and oral muscle relaxants can help. You can also use a local analgesic gel after a hot compress to the lower back.
For persistent relief back muscle strengthening exercises can help under the guidance of a physiotherapist after the pain subsides.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Regular physiotherapy can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen all the attached reports. Your uric acid levels are raised and the disc bulge is seen in cervical spine also and at the level of D6/7. All these are posture related changes. Regular back strengthening exercises can help you.
Hope my answer is helpful.
