I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the PFT report you have attached.
This report is suggestive of mixed pattern, both obstructive and restrictive pattern.
This is commonly seen with long standing asthma.
And prognosis depends on the treatment he is taking.
If he takes regular inhaled treatment along with oral antihistamine and anti allergic drugs, he will have good prognosis.
So please let me know
1. Since how many years he is suffering from asthma?
2. Which treatment he is taking for asthma?
