This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
The attached ECG shows sinus rhythm with ST depression and T inversion in Inferior leads (II, III, aVF) which generally denotes ischemia of Inferior wall (which means their could be a blockage in one of the arteries of heart).
She should undergo a stress test to rule out the above.
