Question: Dear all,
I have already ask some questions here and got detailed answers but I have some more, about possibility of HIV transmission.
My baby is 3y old (he has hemorrhoids and constipated sometimes but I haven't notices blood in him poop).
First question: I attach the photos (named 1_1, 1_2). I have already asked about the possibility of HIV transmission in case if a HIV+ person deliberately puts a cream tube inside his vagina/anus and HIV+ fluid gets inside the cream: the tip of the tube is made with 2 parts and there might be tiny places where the parts are connected (I'm not sure), inside and outside of the tip. So if some HIV fluid got inside the holes (when the person inserted the tube inside anus or vagina) and I use this cream some time after for my child, could it cause transmission? I got the answer that transmission is practically impossible in this situation because HIV doesn't live in any liquids except body fluids, outside of human body. I only wanted to check additionally: 1) in case the tube was closed (just new, not used before, with an aluminum thin part on the top of the tip) and somebody puts this tube inside and then after some time I use this cream for my child, does it also pose practically no risk? 2) in these both cases if a time after the incident till the moment I use the cream for my child is not huge like, say, 15-30 minutes? Does this change the situation? Previously you wrote that HIV dies outside the body in seconds.
Second question:
I attach two photos (2_1, 2_2). The situation is the same: if a HIV+ person deliberately puts a make up tube (any of them I made photos of) inside his vagina/anus and HIV+ fluid gets inside the tube could HIV be transmittable if it gets on somebody's hands and then for example, accidently on the anus? I don't know the exact tube structure of these lip sticks / balms. Or HIV can't be viable in tubes or in the lip stick itself?

3) it's a baby oil. Could HIV be viable into the tip (you can see that it's made of 2 parts) or inside the bottle?

It is odd to think that anybody would use these objects into thei vagina or anus even for masturbation purposes. It is very much unlikely that the infectious materials are likely to be transmitted from one person to another persont hrough these objects. All these products are used by millions of people around the world including HIV positive individuals and also their care takers for years. No such transmission occurs so far. HIV can not be viable on any chemicals or outside atmosphere not more than few seconds other than uncontaminated body fluids. In body fluids get mixed with chemicals, HIV will no longer survive.
