Brief Answer:
ECG

Detailed Answer:
HI....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and electrocardiogram and here is my opinion.

This ECG is unremarkable except few nonspecific T wave changes.

Kindly share your symptoms as investigations should always be read in context of the patient and not in isolation.

If a patient with such an ECG falls in high risk group, with an unfavorable family history or is obese or a chronic smoker or has sedentary and stressful life style ..... then he should be further evaluated in the form of Echo,TMT and angiography to rule out CAD-IHD.

Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy.
Regards.
