Question: Dear Sir , please guide us about (1)exact diagnosis (2) prognosis of the disease (3)exact interpretation of attached reports & papers , 57 years male Medical history : Congenital cyanotic heart disease & ASD closure done at the age of 5 years , ECG conducted dated 05/11/2019 Shows AV block , •     Recent 2 D echo attached – LVEF – 55 % , Intact ASD , impaired LV relaxation , billowing of AML , Trivial TR , trivial MR

Hello

Diagnosis is already there Post ASD closure with first degree AV block.

Prognosis is fair as the echo report is alright and is not suggestive of any residual leak across ASD closure site.

A holter study is advisable to confirm if any transient high degree block is occurring or not.
