Hello,
Its sinus rhythm with left axis deviation, poor R wave progression and there are no significant st t abnormalities seen.
With these abnormalities, possibility of old MI (heart attack ) should be ruled out with echo. However sometimes such changes may be seen with age or improper lead placement.
So there are some changes and needs echo.
