Brief Answer:
Get a Panoramic x Ray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Uprooting or extraction of teeth does not cause decaying of other teeth but in case if you do not maintain a good oral hygiene or have other causes like dry mouth then it can be a possible cause for multiple decaying teeth ..

You should first of all get a Panoromic x ray done so that all your teeth can be evaluated in one x ray and the possible treatment for decaying teeth can be planned..

The teeth that are having superficial decay can be filled with tooth coloured filling material..
If there are nerve exposures then Root canal treatment or extraction can be advised..

So you should consult a Dentist as home treatment for decaying teeth will not remove the decay..

For preventing other teeth from getting decayed you should maintain a good oral hygiene like brushing your teeth twice a day and gargle with antiseptic mouthwash..
Eat hard foods as they help in cleaning teeth by friction..
Drink plenty of water..

Please write back for more queries..

Regards.
