Brief Answer:
This looks like a viral illness indeed

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thank you for uploading the CBC report for my better understanding.

From your system analysis and correlating it with the report I feel that your son is going through a viral illness.

Unless the kid is having decreased urine output/ rash over the body / altered sensorium or respiratory distress you need not worry about it.
I will explain you how a viral illness behaves so that you can be more confident.
Fever of few days without any localizing signs could as well a viral illness. Usually rather than fever, what is more important is the activity of the child, in between 2 fever episodes on the same day. If the kid is active and playing around when there is no fever, it is probably viral illness and it doesn't require antibiotics at all. Once viral fever comes it will there for 4-7 days. So do not worry about duration if the kid is active.

I wish your kid a speedy recovery. If you need any future medical consultation and suggestions, I will be glad to help. You can approach me at the following link.

Brief Answer:
Toxic urticaria

Detailed Answer:
hello...it is common for kids to eat less and be irritable during viral illness and in fact any illness.
This rash looks like viral or toxic urticaria.
I suggest -
1. Syrup Benadryl (12.5mg/5ml) 10ml at 3am/9am/3pm/9pm (OTC)
2. Topical emollients and lotions will help.
3. Do not apply Calamine lotion as sometimes it may aggravate the situation please.
4. If this not showing effect in 48 hours you can apply 1% Hydrocortisone cream twice a day for 7 days and then once daily in the morning for another 7 days and then stop it please.
