Brief Answer:
Irritable bowel syndrome is non curable

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Actually, irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is non curable disease.
Natural history of IBS( means if do not take medicine), is recurrent episodes of symptoms and episodes of remission.
No medication in allopathic science can cure IBS.
BUT yes, symptoms can be controlled.
For that, start
tablet normaxin rt 1 tablet twice daily for 2 months.
Cap darolac 3 times daily for 14 days.
Avoid oily spicy food.

You will be alright.
Visit your doctor periodically, every 3 months for titration of doses.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
