Question: Dear Dr,
I am having pain in my left side of mouth jaw. From Yesterday Is it because of Wisdom tooth coming out ..? What should I do to get relief from the pain.

Hi.
Thanks for the query..

Well, pain can be due to wisdom tooth coming out which can cause the gum over it to get inflamed and swollen..

Another common cause can be tooth decay.

Please provide more details like your Age, Sex, Any medical illness, history of any medication or allergy etc..

Also please get an X ray done and send so that I can advise you better.

For now you can do warm saline gargles and take a painkiller that you know suits you or that you have taken before.
