I was doubting on Covid but result came negative today and above symtoms slightly reduced now due to medicines ( azithromycin, dextromethorphan hydrobromide and all ) . Now am better now with mild could and cold but my SPO2 level is fluctuating between 90 - 95% range . Do I need to worry about anything ?

Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir
Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.
I have gone through your query with diligence. If covid test is negative no need to worry.
What test have you done for Covid? Antigen test or RTPCR test?
If you have tested RTPCR and is negative then no need to worry. If it is antigen test and still you having low oxygen saturation then RTPCR should be done.
If you are having any chronic respiratory issues like COPD or bronchial asthma then a spo2 above 90 is safe. But if you are not having any such issues before then imaging of chest (X ray /CT scan chest if needed) should be done.
Complete the course of antibiotic you are taking - Azithromycin. If it is improving then no need to worry.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can help you further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow-up query.
If covid negative no need to worry about spo2 levels. Better to take a x ray chest to rule out any possibility of lower respiratory tract infection.
Thanks.
