About MRI reports:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carrfully through your concern and attached MRI report.
To compare and judge the Chiari malformation you need to attach both the reports.
Please attach the old one too. Will be a pleasure to help you.

About spinal cystic lesion:

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Yes, there is a cystic lesion described, at C6-T1 that has increased ( from 4.5 mm in 2018 to 3.3 cm in 2019). The dilatation is considered significant. The neurologist/ neurosurgeon will confirm rather it is significant clinically and if it explains her symptoms.
The surgical intervention for Chiari malformation appears to be succesful.
Hope the information will help.and wish her good health.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta

I apologize I am not understanding your answer. Is it something that I should be worried about? I mean the change in size since it changed so dramatically within a year?

Brief Answer:
No need to worry;

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
I would not say you should get worried as it remains a cystic lesion.
The radiological images should be seen once again, probably the physician wanted to say mm in stead of cm in the second report.
