Question: I have gone undergone medical test in my office today and the vitamin D and Vitamin B12 tests shows low values. The Vitamin D range is as follows
HYDROXY VITAMIN D-TOTAL 15.70 ( 30.0 - 100.0 ng/mL)

Vitamin B12 is as follows
VITAMIN B12 211 (200 - 1100 pg/mL)

Could you please suggest the needful?

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should take Vitamin D supplement 60 K units once a week for four weeks. Also add milk/curd products in your diet. Also do outdoor activities as sun is the natural source of Vitamin D.
Your Vitamin B12 levels, though on the lower side, are in normal range. You should eat green leafy vegetables. You can take Vitamin B12/Methylcobalamine supplement for fast improvement in the levels.

Vitamin D supplement is available in different forms in the market like oral capsules/ chewable tablets or in powder form in sachets. XXXXXXX should be taken after dissolving, preferably in milk.
Some easily available preparation in the market are Cap.Dvion 60K or D-Gain 60K in oral capsules,
Tab.Super D3 as chewable tablets, or
Calcirol sachets.
You can take any one form as per the dose mentioned earlier.
