Detailed Answer:
Not likely since hemorrhoids are not inflammatory process which would cause lymph node enlargement. So you should find another cause of it which can be some urinary infection, std or any systemic infection. But also it can be seen without obvious cause. some more serious diagnoses are much less common. If there is any doubt of maligancy or there is pain and fever,then ultrasound and needle biopsy should be done. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. regards
