Question: Concerned about my mri findings

IMPRESSION:
1. Diffuse loss of the T1 marrow signal intensity throughout the visualized osseous structures, likely
due to red marrow proliferation. Haematological correlation would be worthwhile.
2. At L4 over L5 and L5-S1, there are bulging discs indenting the ventral thecal sac. No central
canal or neural foraminal stenosis.

Brief Answer:
See details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the MRI test results you uploaded.
You are having diffuse loss of T1 marrow signal which may come as a result of red marrow proliferation. You may need to do a total blood count with formula to check this bone marrow issue.
Also there are bulging discs in L4-L5 and L5-S1 on the ventral thecal sac which may be responsible for back pain, legs pain and bladder and rectal dysfunction

Hope I have answered the question.
