Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. An ear discharge will suggest an ear infection. Ideally the ear drum and external ear canal should be examined to rule out any infection.

2. Since the ear is feeling blocked, ear wax or fungal infections should be ruled out. Intense itching is common in fungal infections.

3. Hence only a direct ear examination will help in your case. Cleaning will also be possible to relieve the blockage. I urge you to do this without delay.

4. Meanwhile you can use ciprofloxacin and fluconazole ear drops. Use 3-4 drops 3-4 times a day in the right ear, either alternately or mixed together.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
