Question: My daugher, 4 years, is having some small boils on her feet recently. They are slowly spreading across her legs and arms in the last week. It is itching and sometimes small amount of blood or pus is seen. The boils dries up and leave a small black XXXXXXX These boils are something similar to a mosquito bite. We noticed two to three boils on her forehead also in the last two days. Can you please suggest.

Thanks for your query posted .

Your history and description of the lesion indicate she has something called papular urticari.

You will need to give her syrup hydroxizine prescribed by the doctor twice a day .
For applications she should apply desowen lotion and mupirocin cream . These should be mixed and applied along with calamine lotion to reduce the inflammation and infection.

She has papular urticaria which is a hypersensitivity to some external agent like insect bite, food color, cloth color , or as a apart of atopic dermatitis.

Please moisturize her skin daily with vaseline lotion.

Thanks and take care.
