Hello,

I am very sorry for the unfortunate incident that has happened.
My condolences for the family.

Can you describe in brief what happened before the unfortunate event.
Is there any history of any other significant illness that the child suffered from?
Is there any head injury around the event?
Is there any history fever/ vomiting etc?
What was the complaint she gave before going to bed?
