Child Has Lump On Abdomen, Stomach Pain, Hurts When Pressed, Constipation. What Could It Be?

Question: I just noticed a lump on my six year old son's lower abdomen, with mild stomach pain...said it only hurt when pressed...do you have any idea what it could be? He does suffer with some constipation...
