Brief Answer: Yes, but Ultrasound scan is better Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Spleen, especially when diseases can be visualized in an abdominal xray but a Ultrasound scan is a better imaging technique to visualize the spleen. Also the scan allows to know the physical measurements to diagnose splenomegaly. Do get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen for a better idea on the spleen. Wish you good health. Regards,
