Question: Brief Answer:
It's normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm and normal rate, left axis deviation and no significant St t abnormalities seen. There are lot of artefacts probably due to motion in early tracings.
So, there are no obvious significant abnormalities seen in tracing.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
