Brief Answer:
You may need to take statins.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the test results you uploaded and you are having increased cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, cholesterol HDL ratio and non HDL cholesterol.
All your lipidic panel is increased and in this case you don't need further evaluation regarding to lipids.
Of course this is concerning because it may increase the risk of atherosclerosis and you need treatment.
You may need to take lipid lowering medications such statins.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello dear, thank you for asking again.
I want to know if you were taking any treatment a year ago. I don't think there is a blockage.
I think you may need to keep low fat diet to bring them back to normal.
