Question: I have visual aura......can be attributed to sinuses? also low BP....lately with this.....can both be attributed to sinuses.......

No, visual aura can not be caused by sinusitis.
Very severe Sinus infection (sinusitis) can cause septicemia (severe blood spread infection).
And this in turn causes hypotension (low blood pressure).
But possibility of this (hypotension) is very very less.
