Thanks for using healthcare magic.Pectorals muscle's function can not be changed or affected with thoracic spine issues. So no spasm can be caused by this. Spasm can be caused by lack of salt and calcium in body and if you take regular 1000 mg calcium and vitamin D 3 then spasm will not bother you.
