Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be reason to cause test negative.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.

I feel you are too anxious about HIV.

Yes, it is right that x linked agammaglobulinemia have deficiency in production of antibodies.
So, there are chances of HIV test coming negative for antibodies.

These diseases are rare. The manifestation starts in infancy itself with repeated respiratory, skin infections etc. Has any other male members in your family been diagnosed with disease. It mainly affects males and is hereditary.

Do not think of rare diseases which is unlikely unless you/other members have manifestations.
It is unlikely that HIV test is negative due to this disease. Allay fears of HIV.

You can get back for any clarification.

It is associated with repeated Infections like sinusitis, pneumonia, diarrhea, ear Infections etc.
These manifestations can start in infancy or childhood. These infections tend to be recurrent and needs antibiotic repeatedly. You would have been diagnosed earlier itself.

Also probably it would have been diagnosed in male members in your family as it is a hereditary disease.

Brief Answer:
Not due to agamaglobulinemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Asthma and agamaglobulinemia are not related.
Tonsillitis is quite recurrent and common in children and also not related .
Respiratory Infection would have been more recurrent if agamaglobulinemia.
Do not think about it .
So nothing to worry about this rare disease.

The symptoms of eczema, asthma , cough (allergic probably)are related to allergies and are not due to agamaglobulinemia.
Allergic diseases varies with exposure to allergens.

You are trying to fit all symptoms to this disease.
