Yes, this is possible. Please note that even after vasectomy sperm is produced. Moreover, ejaculation is also possible. It just does not contain sperm.
As testis still produce sperm, it is possible to get sperm directly from testis. To do that, biopsy can be done. Such sperm can be used for fertilization.
