Brief Answer:
prescribed lubricants after physical examination under the guidance of fami

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Using saliva is not advisable but at the same time not all kinds of lubricants are safe, particularly if you are planning pregnancy. Natural vaginal secretion is best for lubrication. You can extend the time of foreplay which allows good amount of vaginal secretion.

However, if you still have problems with it, prescribed lubricants after physical examination under the guidance of family physician will be good.

Thanks
