Question: I have ringworm underneath my left upper arm. I am in aqua therapy. Could I have contracted this from the pool?

I cant tell if this diet is good for you or not. It is not proven to be either helpful or not. Its controversial. For sure limiting carbohydrates can cause some weight loss and allow tissues to be more sensitive to insulin. So it seems worth to try.
