Question: Hi, a stray puppy dog just touch with his mouth on right toe of left leg of me. There no bite mark or wound. Is need I to take vaccination?

Well, since you've mentioned there's only touch with the puppy's mouth, and no bite mark or wound, then you don't need to worry about vaccinations.. I believe you don't have any preexisting wound/cut over that right toe..

At this outset, I'd suggest you to first of all, put the area under running tap-water and wash it off thoroughly with soap and water (for at least 5-10minutes).. Do not cover the area after wards, and keep it open only..

After that rub-off gently/dry the area and inspect under bright light once more, if no visible wound/scratch mark present, nothing to worry any more..
