Question: Does pulling on skin ( up or in any direction) around the upper or middle part of nose but not on the nose cause any change in shape or position of nose or any part of nose? Or cause any change in position, shape of any part or entire bone or cartilage of nose?Skin around the nose but not actually on the nose

Brief Answer:
Won't affect shape, position, bones, and cartilage of nose,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic,

Prolonged pulling of the skin on the nose can cause slight pigmentation on the nose but won't affect the bones and cartilage of the nose.

It won't change the shape of the nose but can cause slight enlargement of the nose if continued for a long time.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

Hi thanks does vigorous rubbing with hands of nose cause any change in shape, position of any part of nose or entire nose? Can you cause any change in shape, position of any part of bone of nose or nasal bones by rubbing nose vigorously or flatten or elevate nasal bone? Worried because I felt the bones while rubbing my nose.
