Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

First and foremost let me reassure there is no cause for concern.
The scents used in blocked coronary arteries are snugly fitting self expandable, self retaining stents. They have been technically planned in such a way that any alterations in intra thoracic pressure either by coughing or any other procedure will not cause dislodgement of the Stent.
Rest be assured there is no cause for concern.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Detailed Answer:
Greetings
Dear Ms,
Its important to avoid cough suppressant when there is productive cough(presence of sputum in cough). Suppressing will lead to reatined secretions getting infected.

I would suggest the following for cough
1. Warm Saline Gargling: To a glass of lukewarm water add 2 spoon of common table salt. Gargle throat with it thrice a day. It will reduce throat congestion.
2. Steam Inhalation: Preferably using a electronic steamer 15 minutes each session thrice a day
3. Mucolytic cough syrup containing Bromhexine
4. To a spoon of honey add 2 drops of lemon juice and consume it thrcie a day after gargle. It will have soothening effect.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance.

Wishing you happy and healthy life.
Regards
Deepak
