Can One's Height Be Increased At The Age Of 19?
Question: I'm 19 yr old.my height is 5.7.hw can I grow my height

Actually height grows till 15 maximally in boys. beyond that it is very less growth till bones are fused. so actually height gain at 19 would be difficult. but still you can get your x ray left hand done to confirm bones fusion. also final height gain will depend upon your genetic potential, so what is your parents height? That will also determine your final height.
