Brief Answer:
Give her plenty of water to drink

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You need to understand how things work. Under normal conditions urine is acidic (pH around 6). In case the urine becomes concentrated, the acidic reaction increases. This can be reduced in two ways. One is to use some alkaline media like Citralka. The other is to drink plenty of water. Unless you give plenty of water to your mother the purpose will not be served irrespective of whether you give Citralka. It is due to inadequate hydration that your mother is not passing urine. It is not due to Citralka. All you need to do is to give her plenty of water to drink.

Let me know if I could help further.
