Brief Answer:
No contraindications

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Fish oil contains omega 3 Fatty Acid (eicosapentanoic acid & docosahexanoic acid) and acts as anti inflammatory, antioxidant, decrease platelet aggregation & inhibit plaque formation (and thus inhibit/stop progression of clot formation).

It is well indicated and beneficial for peoples with hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, or history of coronary disease.
Their is no such contraindication but should be avoided by immunocompromised individuals.

So Fish oil is good & can be safely taken by your wife.
Thanks & take care
