Can Neck Sprain On The Left Side Be Cured?
Question: Hello Doctor, I have a neck sprain on left side .Unable ro make sudden moves towards left.For the last 4 days..Pls advise..

Neck spasm can be a little painful at times. If it was caused by improper sleeping position, I would suggest you to do the following:
- Heat fomentation over the affected side 2-3 times daily.
- Take T. ZERODOL-P for pain relief if required.
- Avoid sleeping on the pillow for few days.
It should resolve in two days maximum.
