Brief Answer:
Supportive care, no worries

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Diet low in carbohydrates and high in proteins is desirable to lose weight. It is unlikely the cause of your dizziness. Hypoglycemia could explain the dizziness but that is unlikely as proteins can get converted to glucose inside body. Dizziness is mostly benign symptom and self resolves. Just take some antivert and wait and observe. If the symptoms persist, get evaluated for other causes of dizziness by consulting a local physician. They will run some tests and see what is causing it. I am sure it wont come to that.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

I included clammy skin and nausea with my symptoms. Does that affect your suggestions?

Brief Answer:
Need work up to rule any underlying pathology

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Cold and clammy skin would make me suspect hypoglycemia and i would like to get it tested via glucometer. Also vascular and cardiac causes should be ruled out as low blood pressure and cardiac perfusion issues can cause that too. Consult your doctor and let them have a look and run some baseline work up to find out all the possibilities.

I hope it helps.
