Brief Answer:

Brain infection to consider.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

In some cases, meningoencephalitis (or infection of the brain and its coverings by bacteria, viruses, fungi) may result in agitation, increased sensations and poor coordination of the musculature.

This is enforced by the fact that you suffer from pneumonia too.

It is necessary, in my opinion, for you to get evaluated by a Neurologist as the first step to understand better your condition.

After such evaluation other examinations such brain MRI, spinal tap, etc. may be necessary.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
