Brief Answer:
Hello. He requires evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through your query. So lymphoproliferative disorders include lymphomas which can be high grade or low grade. Biopsy and some further tests called as immunohisto-chemistry on biopsy will tell what type of lymphoma it is. A petct is also required to look for, what other sites have been involved in the body.
Treatment will depend upon the types of lymphoma after biopsy report. Treatment usually includes chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

In a nutshell it is too early to decide the nature - high grade or low grade before biopsy and other tests. Usually most of these are curable.

Thanks and regards
