Brief Answer:
sometimes it does

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

old patients with uncontrolled heart failure may have a low blood pressure. Since you've got fluid in the lungs it seems that this is your case. Low blood pressure may also have to do with the treatment regimen. The target levels of blood pressure are not very low, so if you have a really low blood pressure (like 90-100mmHg systolic) then you should discuss it with your cardiologist and perhaps reduce the dosage of antihypertensives.

Brief Answer:
it has to do with low blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!

Addison's disease has a lot to do with the low blood pressure. The heart failure is not related to it though. Actually hormonal treatment for Addison's may worsen the heart failure because the hormones cause salt and water retention.

Kind Regards!
