Brief Answer:
Yes sir, all your symptoms except one

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Sleep deprivation or lack of sleep can have various causes to it and if at you are experiencing difficulties in falling asleep then please do consult a doctor and seek assistance as sleep deprivation can have serious consequences.

Let me now list some of the most common effects of sleep deprivation, they are:
-Heart conditions
-Raised blood pressure
-Tremors
-Dropped libido
-Numbness in various parts of the body
-Diabetes
-Forgetfulness
-Depression
-Weight changes
-An aged look
-Altered consciousness
and a few others.

As you can see sir, most of your symptoms match the given list except 'a stroke like face', which in my opinion could match the symptom of numbness but then again it raises concern because it could also be related to an actual stroke or a heart condition. I would feel more comfortable if these conditions were ruled out, and so would request you to report to your doctor for an elaborate evaluation.

I hope you find my response helpful and also hope you can contact your doctor to help you get some sleep. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
